2. CAN I CUSTOMIZE AN ORDER?

Yes, customisations are possible in terms of colours and size. While placing your order, you can select the “Custom” option in the size section, and our team will get in touch with you personally to discuss your colour & size changes.

3. DOES THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT CHANGE FOR A CUSTOMISED ORDER?

Price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered exactly as per the image as displayed on our Site. However, in case a customisation is required such as colour, sleeve adjustments, etc, there will be an additional customisation charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. 4. WHAT IF MY SIZE DOES NOT MATCH WITH THE SIZE CHART?

Our products are especially designed for you. We would love to design our products based on your requirements. While placing your order, you can select the “Custom” option in the size section, and our team will get in touch with you personally to discuss your colour & size changes.

5. HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT?

Payments can be made through UPI, Google Pay, Paytm, RuPay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also accept bank transfers and cash payments.

6. IS COD (Cash On Delivery) AVAILABLE?

We really apologise at the moment we do not have a COD (Cash on Delivery) Option.

7. WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T LIKE MY PRODUCT. IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?

We have NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order. We do not offer any refunds.

8. WHAT IF I WANT ANY CHANGES/CANCELLATION OF AN EXISTING ORDER?

As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

9. HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP A PRODUCT?

Our garments are Made To Order, and hence the time to dispatch may vary from product to product. Normally, we would require 4-6 weeks. You may reach us at, customercare@pritikavora.com or WhatsApp us at, +91 93261 09920, so that we can assist you with the appropriate details for the product. 

Please Note:- Post Shipment, the courier takes somewhere around 3 to 8 working days to deliver the item. 

10. Do you provide International shipping?

11. What are the Shipping Charges?

  •       Free Shipping Within India
  •       International Shipping Charges are INR 4,000 – INR 6,000 (based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched)
13. IS THERE AN EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTION ?

Yes, we do have Express Delivery for select styles. Normally, we would require 4 - 6 weeks for production. However, in some cases, we may be able to dispatch your order sooner. Please Note:-  Charges for Express Delivery will be over and above Standard Delivery rates.

14. DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGE?

Yes Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by you since we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

15. I DON’T LIVE IN MUMBAI, DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS?

Yes, we do offer virtual appointments to our clients who are not based in Mumbai.

17. HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT ALTERED?

We generally keep a 3" (3 inch) margin for all our custom made products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, since these are specially handcrafted for you, we need a minimum of two trials to match the garment to your fit. The final delivery of the product will vary on your alteration requirements.

We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us. In case you require any alterations, please get in touch with us at +91 93261 09920 or email us at customercare@pritikavora.com 

For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alteration required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.

18. I SHOPPED THE PRODUCTS FROM A MULTI-BRAND OUTLET. CAN ANY ALTERATIONS BE DONE?

For all products shopped from a Multi-brand outlet, please contact the same multi-brand outlet for alterations.  

19. ARE THE COLOURS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?

All our products are handcrafted and especially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
